Empty floors, full storage rooms and a lease date
Plenty of offices are carrying more furniture than people. Teams went hybrid, a floor was consolidated, and the extra workstations ended up in a storage room or a dark corner of the floor. Then the lease comes up, or the company moves, and everything has to be gone by a date that won't change.

Office furniture rarely needs to go to the landfill
Much of what comes out of an office still works. We don't head straight to the landfill. Usable desks, chairs and equipment go to local charities, metal, cardboard, electronics and wood are sorted for recycling, and only what's left goes to licensed disposal. Donated business property may qualify for a tax deduction, and IRS Publication 526 explains the rules.

Can you work after hours or on weekends? Yes. We schedule around your business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight for the largest jobs.
Can you send proof of insurance to our building? Yes. We can provide proof of insurance before the job.
What happens to our computers? Electronics are routed for recycling rather than the landfill. Remove or wipe any drives you need to keep before cleanout day.
