Junk removal across Minnesota
Minnesota demand is concentrated in the Twin Cities metro (Minneapolis, St. Paul and suburbs such as Bloomington, Eagan and Plymouth), with more work in Rochester, Duluth and St. Cloud.
Minnesota warehouse, retail and office cleanouts
Corporate headquarters and office parks across the Twin Cities produce large furniture removals. Distribution buildings along I-94 and I-35 need racking and pallet work. Rochester's healthcare economy adds clinical and office space cleanouts.

Recycling rules to know in Minnesota
- Minnesota law bans major appliances from mixed municipal trash and land disposal (Minn. Stat. 115A.9561); they must be recycled or reused.
- Minnesota also bans electronics containing CRTs from mixed municipal trash (Minn. Stat. 115A.9565), and its Electronics Recycling Act makes manufacturers of household TVs and monitors fund recycling (MPCA).
- Under federal rules (EPA Clean Air Act Section 608), refrigerant has to be recovered from fridges, freezers and AC units before they are scrapped.
For the regulations themselves, see the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and your local public works office.
